Payment options
When paying by bank transfer and PayPal, please include your house number and postcode as the payment reference. This helps us match your payment to your account. Online payments are manually checked at the weekend, so we really appreciate prompt payment after your bin has been cleaned. If you pay between the weekend and your next clean, don’t worry — your payment will be received, but it may not be marked off right away.
