Terms and Conditions

1. Service Overview

  • The initial bin clean is charged at £7.00.
  • Ongoing cleans are charged at £3.50 per bin, either fortnightly or monthly, depending on your area.
  • One-off cleans, when authorised, are charged at £10.00 per bin per clean.
  • Bins are cleaned at the roadside and returned to your property (e.g., garage, garden gate) once cleaned.

2. Bin Collection Requirements

  • Customers must place their bin at the roadside on the day of their usual waste collection (or the following day in some areas, as advised).
  • If the bin is not made accessible and cannot be cleaned, you will not be charged for the missed clean.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment can be made by:
    Cash or card at the door after your bin has been cleaned
    Bank transfer or PayPal after the clean (details provided separately)
  • When paying by bank or PayPal, please use your house number/name and postcode as the payment reference so we can allocate your payment correctly.

4. Account Balances & Overpayments

  • Any overpayments will be credited to your account for future cleans.
  • If your account balance reaches £17.50 or more, your service will be paused until the outstanding balance is cleared.

5. Cancellation & Changes

  • If you need to pause, cancel, or change your cleaning schedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.

6. Weather or Access Issues

  • In the event of bad weather or blocked access, we may need to reschedule your clean. We will do our best to inform you in advance.
  • You will only be charged if your bin has been cleaned.
